Mallary (E-RYT® 500, YACEP®) started practicing yoga in 2007 after graduating from Virginia Tech. She immediately felt the physical and mental benefits of a routine practice. In 2015, Mallary completed her 200 hour training at Yoga Vida in NYC and started teaching at Unity Yoga in Harlem on weekends. She moved to Charlotte with Bank of America in January 2017. Mallary completed her 300 hour training at Y2 Yoga in September 2020 and decided to trade in the fast paced banking job, for teaching yoga full time. Mallary wants to share how alive and powerful you can while practicing. She loves teaching studio classes as well as working with private clients. Creating awareness around breath, intentional movement with body, while finding grace and ease in the transitions is a magical space that can change perspective, habitual patterns, and your life.
